A Great Day
I had a great day as you can probably guess by the title of this blog post. My husband and I spent the day talking and reading and listening to sermons online while sitting outside in the glorious sunshine.
Guess what else I did?
I’m happy to be making such great progress on my socks. I have gone through the chart 2 of the three required times and then I’m at the heel. That is when I plan to take it in to my LYS for some help.
I was a little rebellious when I cast on for these socks. As you can see the color changes in wide stripes. When you see the other sock, you will see that I didn’t find the spot in the yarn to have exactly matching socks. I know that will make some people crazy. But I decided it would be fun and different. (That and I couldn’t think about wasting all that yarn….)
