More Finishing
This was a pretty good weekend other than a Migraine on Saturday. I stayed in bed most of the day and I felt better (tho’ tired) on Sunday. Davy and I went to Tri-Cities to do a little yarn shopping for Christmas presents. I was a little disappointed with the Craft Warehouse in Kennewick because their yarn selection isn’t as good as the one in Meridian, ID. We did find some good yarn for presents and I will begin knitting in earnest.
I also got something done. Something I have been dreading and putting off. Now that it is done, I’m considering doing more to it. But for now, it is DONE!!!

The Miter Rug is finished! Yay! I almost did a dance. (Except that I may put a border on it).
What else did I finish?
Well, I did an experiment. My husband, Davy, is a mad racquetball player and always in need of wrist bands and head bands. I grabbed some Cascade Fixation and whipped these up. We’ll see how they work before I make more. In this picture Preston is modeling it for me.

Also a little fuzzy but my model had to go to work before I could take another picture.
My last thing to report progress on is Monkey. I really like this pattern and the yarn is yummy!

I finally got a non-fuzzy picture of these socks. You can see a little more of the details now.
Today was a relaxing day. I took a nap on a weekday for the first time in a very long time. It was a very nice treat. Sassy was a fan also!
Happy Knitting!!
