My Weekend Project
I checked out Knitting For Peace from my local library. It is a great little book with lots of ideas for charity knitting. I was looking specifically for a shawl pattern but didn’t like the one in this book. I did find a few others that are very cute. The one I liked the most is the Swirled Ski Cap from Caps For Kids. It is a very unique pattern that knits up pretty quickly (I started last night) and looks way harder than it is.
Of course, I have no little people to model it for me so we have the next best thing.

I’m still plugging away at secret Christmas gifts that I can’t post about yet. Other than that,I am trying to stay healthy despite all the germs I am exposed to daily from sick university students, including Preston!
