Today our little kitty was killed by getting run over by a car. Sassy would have been 1 year old in a couple months. We are missing her very much!

Many of you have heard about our bathroom remodel. After hanging the mirror/medicine cabinet and new light fixture, I decided it was time to post before and after pictures. I am so appreciative of my dad and my husband for working so hard to make this happen. I absolutely love my new bathroom especially my new tub!

Notice the lovely floor and wall covering!
And now After:

There are a few more things to be done before the project is finished, but we are on the final stretch.
In knitting news, I’m still working on my sweater. I’ve almost finished the body. I will post pictures soon.

I am making steady progress on my sweater, trying it on as I go. I’m very happy with it so far. Now I have miles of 2×2 ribbing to finish the body of the sweater and then on to the sleeves. Here is what I have done so far.
Because I need to do an impulse cast on occasionally, I did a little project yesterday. I saw it and couldn’t resist. My cats (especially Sassy) love to play with my yarn. I decided it was time to make them their own toy.

And how do they like it, you ask? Well, judge for yourselves…

Ah the crazed look of a stoned kitty. We’ll see if he lets Sassy play with it. He played so hard his hair came out. Good thing tomorrow is Friday.
Have a happy weekend!
