Shawl Knitting
I am working on my first shawl. There are many beautiful, lace shawl patterns out there but this isn’t one of them. This is a very simple shawl that is meant to be a Christmas present. The pattern is Bev’s Dishcloth Shawl using Lion Brand Homespun in Mediterranean (at least that is what the ball band says-it doesn’t look the same on the website). This is a great project to take places because it doesn’t take any concentration. The yarn isn’t my favorite to work with, although it is easier to work with on plastic needles than bamboo.
I had to go outside to take the picture because it is so beautiful here. Sunny and mid-70s.
My other project can’t be posted here. (Another Christmas surprise.) It is hard not to share all that I am working on. But soon, I will post the others.
